Your New Member Platform

We’ve launched a brand-new digital member platform — your central hub for everything related to your membership. 
 

Because this is a completely new system, your account has not been transferred. You’ll need to create a new account and complete your community profile. A complete profile helps our system automatically connect you with other members you’re most likely to find meaningful connections with. 
 

Once you’ve created your new account and logged in, you can: 

  • Join discussions and connect with other members

  • RSVP for and join virtual events

  • Access membership resources and discounts

  • Submit articles for publication

  • Explore networking opportunities

Your Author Profile on FastCompany.com 

Your author profile on FastCompany.com is managed separately from the new member platform. Our team is in the process of transferring all member author pages, and we’ll notify you once this process is complete. 
 

At that time, we’ll also provide a link where you can submit change requests for updates to your author bio or profile details. Our team will process those requests directly. 
 

Article Submissions 
 

All article submissions are now managed through Airtable. You can submit directly through the link below or access the form through your new community portal — whichever is easier for you. 
 

Your submissions will not be trackable in the portal, as the publishing process is now managed via Airtable and email. Once submitted, our editors will review your article and send updates at each stage, including notes and edits.

Publishing Benefit Updates 
 

One of the most valuable benefits of your membership is the opportunity to publish under your own byline on FastCompany.com. This benefit remains unchanged. 
 

You will also continue to have the opportunity to contribute monthly quotes to “round-up style” articles, now called Expert Insights (formerly known as Expert Panels). These will be hosted in the new platform. 

Understanding Your Member Systems 

Each system or process we use serves a unique purpose in managing your benefits, profile, and publishing opportunities: 
 

1. FastCompany.com (Author Profile) 

  • This is your public-facing author page on FastCompany.com, where all of your published articles appear.

  • There is no member login for this site — all updates and profile management are handled directly by the Fast Company community and editorial teams.

  • We’ll notify you once all author pages have been fully transferred, and at that time, you’ll receive a link to submit profile change requests that our team will process. 
     

2. Member Community Platform 

  • This is your private member hub — the central place to access all your benefits and connect with the Fast Company Executive Board community.

  • You can log in to:

    • Join discussions and connect with other members

    • RSVP for and attend virtual events

    • Access member-only resources and discounts

    • Submit articles (optional — submissions can also be made via Airtable)

    • Explore networking opportunities

  • Create your new account here → 

    • Note: This is a brand-new platform. Your previous account was not transferred, so you’ll need to create a new one and complete your profile to help our system automatically connect you with other relevant members. This platform is not connected to your author profile — any changes to your public author profile on FastCompany.com must be made by the Fast Company team.
       

3. Airtable (Article Submissions) 

  • All article submissions are now handled through our Airtable submission form.

  • You can submit directly using the link below — no login is required.

  • Once submitted, our editors will review your piece and communicate updates, notes, and edits directly via email.

  • Articles submitted through Airtable will not appear or be tracked in your member portal.
